Position Summary/Job Description
This position is responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that each client has a successful experience with the Seismos products. This position will supervise the Seismos Completion staff and report to the CEO. To be successful at this position the applicant must have worked in the service industry and have extensive experience with optimizing unconventional completions. Success will be measured by % of repeat or retained clients. Applicant will be required to live in Austin, TX.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify best practices to deliver quality service and create procedures to optimize the customer experience
  • Advise clients on how to best use the Seismos products and services
  • Act as the voice of the client
  • Demonstrate technical competence on all Seismos technologies
  • Ensure quality after-sales services
  • Other duties as assigned


Education & Experience (knowledge, skills and abilities)

  • Completions and/or Reservoir engineering background
  • 8+ years of experience with hydraulic fracturing is a must
  • Demonstrable technical ability to synthesize multiple sources of data (geological data, treatment information, subsurface data, real-time fracture measurements, etc) to perform detailed analyses and derive conclusions of stimulation performance
  • Technical skills to demonstrate to customers the usefulness of the product and services
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written
  • Demonstrable experience in selling technology products to reservoir and completion engineers
  • Results driven


Work Environment & Travel

  • Standard office environment
  • Occasional travel to conferences, client meetings, remote team meetings (< 25%)
